HotWaterCalculations happen in your browser
The planner does not submit fixture inputs or equipment details to a contractor or a HotWaterLogic application database. There is no account, booking form, payment flow or automatic service-request delivery in this version.
Saving is optional
“Save on this device” stores a plan in this browser’s local storage. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to load it. “Start fresh” removes HotWaterLogic’s saved plan and restores the starting inputs. It does not delete downloaded files or plans saved in a different browser.
If browser storage is unavailable, the planner can still calculate and prepare a downloadable brief. Private browsing, storage cleanup or changing devices may remove access to a locally saved plan.
You control the brief
Downloading a brief creates a file on your device. Printing or saving a PDF uses your browser’s print interface. Neither action sends the brief to a plumber. Share it using a method you choose and avoid putting addresses, contact details or access codes in the optional equipment fields.
Basic website requests
Loading the site sends ordinary technical requests to the hosting provider, Railway. Those requests can include an IP address, requested URL, browser information and timing. Our application does not log planner contents, query strings or equipment fields. Website assets and edited footage are served from this site rather than third-party trackers.
This version does not include advertising trackers, analytics cookies, automatic location lookup or marketing subscriptions. Following a source link takes you to a separate organization’s website and its own policies.
Before future features are added
If service requests, accounts or other data collection become available, the interface and this notice will describe what is sent and how it is used before that collection is enabled.
